Audio Transmitters

Concealed transmitters are used for audio surveillance monitoring. This 1 Watt UHF transmitter collects audio intelligence using a sensitive microphone, demodulates the sound from the conversation into electronic signals, and broadcasts those signals to a radio receiver. The receiver can be monitored by a surveillance team or by an audio recorder during an investigation.

This concealed transmitter operates on a high power output of 1 Watt in order to provide the operator with long distance transmission capability of audio surveillance conversations. To increase the distance in surveillance transmissions, we also offer concealed transmitters that broadcast 3 Watts and 5 Watts of power output.
